  : Room 310 was clean especially for being a pet friendly room. The luxury vinyl plank flooring is perfect for a pet friendly beach front hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable.
  : The old AC units are a little loud. The full size refrigerator is old, still working, but a little noisy. That’s really the only thing I can criticize but it didn’t diminish our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

  : If you can score a decent rate on an oceanfront room, then this might--and I mean might--be a good value. Our view of the ocean was excellent, but pretty much everything else about this hotel was mediocre at best. The room itself was nicely updated, at least. If you choose to stay here, get the ocean view. If you can't book a room with the ocean view, stay somewhere else.
  : This is a classic example of a rundown beachfront hotel you can find all along the Atlantic coast. The hotel looks and feels old and shabby. This would be fine--if the staff weren't horrendous. The woman who checked us in didn't have her nametag on, probably so she can't be mentioned by name in reviews like this one. After several minutes of us standing and talking at the check-in desk, she finally emerged from the back room. Her first action was to turn on a loud music playlist before uncaringly walking us through the check-in process. As we were checking in, another guest came down to request a shower curtain for their room. Once another staff member finally answered the radio, he showed up and just tossed a shower curtain at the guest. After all this was done and we had our room keys, she literally sat on a sofa in the lobby and started playing around on her phone--and this is where we saw her several times as we came and went through the lobby. When our room reeked of weed because of the the guests in the adjoining room, we had to call the front desk several times before she picked up. I explained the problem, and all she briskly said was "we'll send someone up to check." It's unclear if anyone ever did. I don't expect everyone to love their jobs. I've worked in customer service. I get it. But I do expect a baseline of respect and care that simply wasn't present from the staff at this hotel--especially the woman without the nametag.
