  : I have never booked a managed property and will probably never do it again. The place was clean and comfortable but it was cold last weekend and I put on the heat. The room never got warm. It took me a full day to realize the entrance door room was nor insulated and the entire frame was leaking cold hard air into the room and I had to stuff paper towels in the gap to keep the warmth in. I did not have the available time or the inclination to call property management and wait for it to be remedied. Also, a lamp was severly damaged on arrival and it occured to me that it had gone unreported and I could be blamed. No. This is not for me but thanks. Norm

  : The view, accommodations, communication with renter, amenities.
  : The people with children above us running around all night through 3am and dragging chairs across a hard floor. The EXTREMELY hard mattress.

  : we ate across the packing lot at other building it was very good. lunch was also just as good. the staff was very nice and helpful. i would eat there again.
  : the hot tubs were very dirty. little kids doing cannonballs in it. they are in very poor working condition with only 2 working jets
