  : We really enjoyed our stay. Everything looked exactly as presented. It was a great value for the price and close to everything. However, the only time I had to reach out was regarding the bands to swim ( before we knew they were closed) and I received a response right away via email and the lady came the very next morning and was very nice and informative of places to try in the area. Would love to return in season to receive max value for the dollar.
  : My only complaints are that we weren’t notified that the outdoor pools were closed as of Oct 1st and it advertised a lazy river, pool and exercise gym. Yet, when I asked the lady who brought our bands on day two, she didn’t seem to know where it was or what I was speaking of. We went and asked the office to the Villas and was told that they are only inclusive when you rent directly through them. These things were a little disappointing being that we were there to celebrate my 7 year olds Birthday.

  : We were thankful for the cereal which happened to be one of my favorite. The location was perfect. Great weather most of the time. Peaceful at night.
  : The carpet is way past its expiration date. The stains made a bad first impression. Also the bed was a little too noisy.

  : I was waiting over two hours just to check in sitting in my car after a long travel day did not know that the email was down I had to tell them communication was horrible
