  : The beach!
  : When we got here the room had not been cleaned. It was filthy and disgusting! We called Coastline Rentals and they asked me to send pictures. I did and their response was, what do you want us to do about it. I had to clean the entire unit and look for bed bugs before we could move in. No one ever came to clean, etc. from the agency. Neither of the t.v.'s worked and they would not send anyone to fix them because it was a weekend and a holiday weekend. In general this unit is runned down and has had no, painting or maintenance in a VERY long time. Also, if you rent this unit through Coastline, you are not able to purchase any items from the Tiki bar at the Caravelle or and of their other amenities because they have gone toba cashless system and everything is charged through your room key at the Caravelle. Overall, most disappointing vacation ever at the beach and we have been coming to the Caravelle properties for over 15 years.

  : Check in was really easy. We didn’t really have any issues during our stay. It’s not as nice as some places we’ve stayed but for the price it was fine.
  : Floors were dirty!!

  : The toilet would barley flush, the bed is hard. The curtains don’t close all the way. Ceiling fan didn’t work

  : it was a great space for our family. 4 adults, a toddler, and a baby were very comfortable. We could’ve easily fit additional adults and still been comfortable in the space. It was also very convenient for all we had planned.
  : The only thing that was inconvenient was figuring out the TVs and remotes. We didn’t want to bother the property manager since it was a holiday weekend and were able to make it work. And it was only a true “issue” for the toddler!
