  : Stayed here with my brother to visit the Oktoberfest and we booked in advance. After we booked reviews started to pop up that informed us that this was a dirty hotel for drunk foreign workers in the middle of a red-light district. So we did not know what to expect. The staff was friendly. We took the wrong subway so we phoned them and informed them that we would be late and they said it would not be a problem at all and waited for us. Since it was Oktoberfest we mostly saw turists in lederhosen and dirndl. There is a brothel in the beginning of the street, right next to the police station. But there are no big signs or posters. Big white house with purple blinders. Easy walk to the subway. Next time in Munich I will look for another hotel and have this as a backup.
  : The hallways are beaten. The kitchenette are missing a lot of items if you would like to cook and eat and the faucet was loose in the base.

  : The hotel is well located. Public transport is nearby. So you don't have to walk far. The receptionist was very welcomingFinal tip:If they want to continue their business, they really need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, blankets, toilets, etc.
  : The room itself was ok. On the other hand, this is the first time I've rented a hotel that didn't have cleaners. In 4 days, nobody came to clean.There were drool marks on the comforters. The sink was clogged. The shower head was dirty, etc.

  : Very easy check in at reception. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big. The shower pressure was fantastic. The room had a mini kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. A nice neighborhood with the train station about a 15 minute walk away. We were able to easily catch the train into the main areas of Munich. There was no airconditioning but we left the window open which kept the room cool. There are grocery stores nearby too. @meagansarah__
