: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space so the room never felt cluttered.

: Breakfast - Nice staff and coffee. Eggs were OK and range of buffet was good.Staff were generally pleasant and helpful except the reservations and check out team
: On arrival, I explained that having only just arrived at the start of a 2 week holiday, we had unexpectedly to return straight back home to Kuala Lumpur and would not be staying for the third night booked. They told us that would be fine but we would need to confirm via Booking.com. I did this by modifying the booking which said that a response could take 48 hours and we were leaving the next day. On check-out the different personnel insisted it was their policy not to accept early check out of a Booking.com booking. So they charged 90% (or so) of the rate for a night we didn't spend there. I felt quite strongly that they were taking advantage of our misfortune. The upsetting circumstances of our cancellation were irrelevant to them, so we left very unhappy. In the process of a long check out, they didn't even present me with my draft bill. They just processed my Amex card. I left steaming and didn't realise that I hadn't been asked to confirm the extras. That is clearly a breach of standard procedure.

: Location was perfect. Hotel was cosy and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Afternoon-tea was nice!
: The room was a little bit unpractical. Only one chair in the room, small tables, not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels, only one small wardrobe for two people.
