: Location that works for both winter and summer activities. Fantastic views and cosy, comfortable room.
: Spa facilities were too small and too few for a four star rated hotel and price point. Water in the pool too cold, no views and very limited natural light. Food was also mostly overcooked.

: The location is perfect if you want to recharge your batteries. The employees are nice and friendly. Quite a lot of places for kids (both indoor and outdoor)
: The room was extremely small. The shower was clogged. The food in the restaurant was not the tastier.

: Due to that we were not in the season, breakfast and dinner were not open buffet. There is a menu where you have to choose and you are served. Staff was friendly and super kind and smiley. The pool and sauna are nice and clean. Very close to the mountain paths and amazing view in the morning through the balcony. A lot of amazing things around to see as well.
: When you order food, you have to repeat your food choices many times and every time there was something wrong/missing. Please accept this as a positive criticism, this is not the problem or fault of the stuff. Just teach them how they have to do :)
