  : The staff acted like they didn't care, in my roomy air conditioner barely worked as in I had it on 60 degrees and high and my room was still hot for my kids and I. The bathtub was not clean the bottom of it was black let alone the toilet was horrible and had a bobby pin in the bottom of it for idk how long but it was rusting it. It's like they let anyone stay/live there and don't care what they do, which with the crazyness of people screaming and acting crazy left me sleepless. My key card stopped working the next morning after my check in, I took in down stairs to tell the workers and they was like oops forgot to tell you we have to reset them everyday, so they reset it and it still didn't work so they took it and left me without a key so anytime I would leave to get my kids food etc. I had to go to the front desk for them to let me in, I told them I wasn't staying the second night and wanted a refund because I felt it wasn't a safe environment for my kids or myself they told me no they can't do that so I best just stay because I wasn't getting refunded. It was absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there. There was no mini fridge or microwave like they say. Just never again.
