  : Its newly renovated so rooms were nice. Free internet and free breakfast. About 25 mins from downtown Pittsburgh.
  : Tried to check in around 1 pm on 9/14, however the lady at the front desk was quite rude. No eye contact or greeting. She stared at her computer during the whole interaction. Said early check in costs 50 dollars. I've never had to pay for early check in

  : The breakfast was good. We had scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Everything was hot and tasty
  : The heater/air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy. Both my wife and I had a hard time sleeping. We told the front desk in the morning and they said they would of moved us if we had complained earlier, but we didn't want to go through that in the middle of the night. Hopefully the thing is checked out and quieter for the next guest.

  : The room itself was nice and clean bed was nice
  : Our TV didn't work well and then it kept muting during the night and about 1am we were woken by a knocking on our door and we looked no one was there we called front desk and the lady said she knocked cause there was a noise complaint but she said she didn't hear anything so we are asking why did you knock and disappear and when we first arrived there was no one at the desk but a person sitting in the lobby and he just starting yelling in street phrases for someone to come from the eating area it was very non hospitable after all this we decided to not stay the second night
