  : Very comfy and clear house. Access to the pool was a great surprise.
  : I think we had a mismatch in the number of beds and were missing some sheets.

  : Clean, cozy home only a few miles from downtown. There were only 2 of us, but the home could comfortably accommodate a few more. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our night there.

  : Super clean, so much room, beds were great, had everything we needed, and a great balcony to watch the sunset behind the red rocks. Host excepted our small dog and the neighborhood was perfect for walking. We all highly recommend!

  : Had dirty and old towels, dishes were also old and did not have enough for the amount of people staying there, blender did not work.

  : Great place to stay! Staff was super nice, we had a couple of issues but were not a big deal, stuff was very helpful resolving them. Clean place, lots of games for kids, swimming pool was great, only 10 minutes from Downtown Moab and close to everything, I highly recommend this place . We would definitely come back again.

  : Cairn house was Easy to find as property is near the main avenue. Entry codes were used to enter the property. There was ample parking. The amenities in the game room were great, great option to hang out and play. Plenty of seating and space. The additional powder room downstairs was convenient . The bedrooms upstairs were nicely appointed. Bathrooms were large and plenty of towels were available. Kitchen had all the pots and pans and stacks of plates to use. Hot tub was a nice bonus, post hike use was very nice.
  : Garbage can was small and broken underneath. We left a container of salt for the kitchen as none was found. Really nice place to stay!
