  : We have spent very good time at Villa Adriatic. Amer and his family are super hospitable. Anything we needed we just could ask for and there was no problem. The view from balcony was spectacular :)

  : Nice modern room, a handy small pool was a bonus. beach 15 minutes walk. With a few bars and cafes .
  : The steps were not a problem tho a little steep but nothing that a normal person couldn't handle. If you have major walking difficulties the steps might be a struggle. Tho most of dubrovnik is steps especially when you get off the bus to the old town! That's a ten minute walk. But lovely all the same.

  : - bad location, very hard to find, no signs, where to go. Very narrow and curvy road (if you find it), the risk of car damage is too high. - be prepared for a workout! You'll need to climb a considerable number of stairs to reach the house, which takes around 15 minutes from the beach. - Very poor amenities: no tv, no hair dryer, no kettle, no fridge in the room. Even no shampoo. All we got is a small piece of soap (for two people for 5 days). - No room service or change of towels during 5 days of our stay! - No stable hot water supply. We had to wait up to 20 minutes till the water became warmer. - They are very pushy about their services, offering their overpriced breakfasts and dinners almost every time they saw us. Just one no thanks wasnt enough for them, creating unwelcome pressure on guests.
