  : The location was beautiful. The hotel lobby was very calming with the fireplace.
  : The elevator wasn't working, and we were on the 4th floor. The ice machine wasn't working. The supper buffet on Wednesday night was not good. The food was cold!

  : The property is beautiful and secluded. The pool was very nice we loved that the indoor and outdoor pools were connected! The lady that checked us in was very friendly and the check in process was easy.
  : Our plans had changed and we were expecting an extra person on our second night which I explained to the concierge when we arrived. She said it would be no trouble to get a cot or an air mattress the next day for them. However, when I went to get it the next day, it was a young girl working and when I told her about how we were supposed to get a cot she said that they couldn’t find the cots or air mattresses. There were not many guests staying at the inn so I was very confused about how they could have misplaced all their cots within 24 hours. We ended up driving to Bedford to get an air mattress ourselves so that we didn’t have to pay for a whole second room for the twelve hours that remained in our stay. I would still stay here again but I wish the staff could have been more understanding and a lot more helpful.

  : Nice hiking trails. Indoor/outdoor pool was pretty neat
  : Locked out of our room 3 separate times, had to go to the front desk to get a new key. Buffet was a bit pricey for the selection. There was a random bar that stuck out bed that I hit my shin on multiple times.
