  : Breakfast was bland need tortillas. Why have salsa, eggs hot sauce and no tortillas.
  : Just found the town boring. Not much you can do about that.

  : It was not the hotel that I/we were upset with, but rather Booking.com. Of the two (2) rooms booked, confirmed and paied for, the hotel received only confirmation for ONE (1) room. We had to pay the hotel directly for the 2nd room needed for our party. Furthermore, Booking.com NEVER acknowledged or replied to my messages. Trying to phone Booking.com was impossible as the calls NEVER went beyond an automated sorry we are busier than usual, please try again later!!! This was the 1st and LAST time I or any of my family will use Booking.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  : The location is great. There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning works well.
  : Apon arrival there was no place to park in front of the hotel. The Valet had us double park and leave the car. When asked if they were going park it we were told no they don't have enough staff. We did not feel comfortable leaving the car double parked. The check in desk person was rude and told me to "calm down and things have a way to work itself out" The next day returning to the hotel no one was at the valet we ended up leaving the keys at the front desk. In the evenings they only have one elevator that goes to all the floors and one that just goes to the roof top bar which caused confusion and added wait time to get to the room. We never heard doors closing or people talking but we could hear people walking back/ forth and it was pretty loud. Housekeeping did not clean our room since we were only staying 2 nights which meant no refills on in room coffee. We bought a 20 oz drink in the little shop downstairs which was $5.
