  : It was clean, quiet, easy access with no complicated check in/out. My door code did not work but I called My Haven Vacation and they quickly took care of that. The beds were comfortable. My teen said the sofa bed was comfortable but teens can sleep anywhere. We had a good view of the bay and sunrise from the room and the views from the sunset deck were amazing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
  : The only problem with the room was, we had 4 people and 3 days. We only had 7 towels which is fine. We could make due with that but then we only had 5 washcloths. We were fine as we did bring some extra with us but I just thought it was odd. The only other complaint is with San Destin chairs and umbrellas on the beach. They take up the whole beach area and nobody is sitting in them. Everyone is having to bunch up in a crowd to put there own chairs and stuff down. With Covid, you'd think they would put them out as requested so that people can distance themselves and for safety, use their own items. Also, we didn't see a ramp for strollers or anything when exiting the pool area to go to the beach. You have to go all the way around which is a pain.
