: Once again, interaction with a Vacasa property was disappointing. This rental was made based on what Booking.com said, but that differed greatly to reality once we showed up. On the Booking.com web site, the listing stated 21 and older could rent the facility, and allowed up to 8 people. Once we arrived, we were told that you had to be 25 and older, and only 6 could stay in the unit. On top of that, there was only one parking spot available. The local rental manager did a great job by relocating the eight 22-year old renters to another unit in another part of town, but that was a significant disruption.

: location was amazing!!! steps out the patio door and you were at the ocean! our particular room was ground floor and close to pool as well!
: there were a few things in the room that could be updated but all in all it was very pleasant

: Location, location, location. Beach access right off patio. Loved that 2 beach chairs with umbrella rental included with condo. Private beach was never too crowded. Parking was easy.
: The condo definitely needs to upgrade paint/decor, dining room furniture, fixtures in bathroom and patio furniture to continue to be competitive. Wish there was a washer/dryer inside condo also.
