  : I booked a double Queen with Booking.com and was given a king room which was very small. My adult son was supposed to stay with me but because the room was a king and very small, he stayed with his father at the Marriot.

  : Tv wasn’t connected when I arrived. I fixed. WiFi did not connect. I spoke to front desk and they said it would be reset. Never worked.

  : The front desk staff was excellent. I didn't have any contact with the other staff. The housekeeping was not that good. Generally the room was well made up but there was a left over to-go container on a shelf in the bathroom from a previous guest, they did not replace the plastic liner in the bathroom, and most of all, the halls were not well vacuumed. Facilities wise, the shower control was extremely sticky and I had to pull on it so hard I thought I might break it. The shower did not drain properly and someone had unscrewed the drain cover probably in hopes of getting proper drainage. I let the front desk know when I checked out. The location is wonderful and generally it was a decent Holiday Inn. I realize that housekeeping is tough and often overworked or understaffed, but it is noticeable. Breakfast was as expected and there was plenty of coffee.

  : Breakfast was great and the morning staff was very friendly.
  : I wasn't impressed with the cleaning. My room's bathroom had a dirty shower curtain and hair on the ceiling.
