  : Stained sheets and walls.Blood spatter on the restroom wall.Website stated newly renovated, but the room had holes, broken amenities, and was not properly cleaned.My wife woke up with a rash of bed bug bites (possibly roaches)Housekeeping did not service the room the first two nights.I voiced my complaints to the front desk, and the worker said “okay.”

  : The photos are misleading, of the exterior of the hotel and especially the interior, the rooms.The bathroom was filthy, we chose not to stay there at all. My girlfriend called you to advise you if the misleading photos and see if we could get our payment returned, but of course we lost the one nights stay for payment due to policy.One won’t know to cancel until they arrive on premises and see the shabby conditions. But by then it’s too late, the hotel receives one night’s payment due to cancellation policy evenIf you don’t stay. We chose not to stay and went to the Embassy Suites just down the street, a far better choice.We are honestly puzzled as to why you support such a shady business to operate. At the very least their misleading photos on your site should be investigated. Extremely disappointing!
