  : Good location, large beds very comfortable, spacious rooms. 20 min walk to Duomo, close to metro/bus/trams

  : Location is good. It is 10 min distance from duomo. There are good places to eat and drink next to the hotel.
  : The room they gave us was very bad. Even though I booked another room, they gave me a different and worse room. They said they could change it the next morning, but I needed to check out again and check in in the afternoon. I would have spent one night in the bad room anyway. And I didn't have time to deal with it. You can only go up to the part of the room where the bed is located, via a narrow small staircase where corner inside the room. Every time you have to use the bathroom, you have to go down an unsafe sailor's ladder. There was one window in the room, but it was very high. It was dark inside the room, the curtains did not open and it was not very clean. The hair dryer was dirty I couldnt use it. Also there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. This was not worth the money I paid. I wont go again. If you go, avoid to book room 104.

  : Location is nice and very central. other than this there is not much to like.
  : Small room with the most uncomfortable toilet ever seen. also, the WC was broken (water leak at the back when discharging). Room not covered by the wifi (i.e., no internet). room exposed to the street plus poor insulation means a lot of noise from outside. No breakfast and a very essential service (not really talkative staff) do not make it a great experience.
