  : The shower, it doesn't have door so the water splash the floor. There wasn't hot water, the boiler is not good.

  : The electronic keys they give u do not work we were locked out most of the night witch is ridiculous all our belongs were inside the ppl did not even apologise we had to contact them and they didn't even care I asked to be refunded and was told no how is it acceptable to leave someone outside they said they only work until 12 they were contacted at 10 to 12 and shouldn't they be a emergency number in case of emergency would not recommend rude staff and thankfully we were not with children as we would have been stranded out side with them would recommend you do not book

  : Dear Casa de Suite, Thank you for asking my opinion. I will not need your discount because the experience was not the one of the kindest. 1. The apartment was dusty and not clean. 2. We were in seven and we did not find any soap or shampoo to wash even the hands or take a shower. We had to buy it for our short stay and then leave it to you. 3. We were in 7, but there were 5 beds. Two of us had to be accommodated in sofa bed, but you did not leave enough bed sheets for us. 4. We asked you an earlier check in, and even why the appartament was empty, you did not approve it. We had to wait for 2 hours outside the building in order for the entry code to be activated. The place was full of mosquitoes so it was very unpleasant. We had our luggage with us so it was not convinient for us to wander in the city. We tried to call but nobody answered. 5. The place is not near San Siro. It is 4 bus stops away.
