: I think the best part of the hotel is the restaurant. Good quality food. I also liked the swimming pool and the sauna although the turkish bath and spa was not available (they should mention that here - as one of the reason i booked this place was due to spa). The location is nice and the rooms are of decent size. Cleanliness is quite okay although the carpets are bit old. Overall i think its good place but not for the price they are charging. Taking into account the price and quality, i think the price should be like 25% cheaper.

: Not so far from Mikolajki center. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Room was very spacious and clean.
: No one from the staff was speaking basic English. The Restaurant was only working from 16 to 21. Bar as well. No staff was around after 21 either. Can be painful to check-in after 21, although they say they can manage. The pathway outside of the house, and until you reach the main entrance, is made of gravel, so it's almost impossible to use the wheels to carry your bag.

: Our room was clean, but had a few damages specially in the bathroom.
: Breakfast options were not a lot and taste was ok, I would not have written anything about it but, then came the time of check out. In their hotel there is a note that the check out time is 12 pm and even a warning that if you exceed that time you will be charged for the whole day.I kept the key on the counter at 11:58 am. And went to get the car from the parking so that we can start putting our stuff in the car. Meanwhile the lady at the front desk who refused to give her name, started complaining to my wife that we have left the room in a mess. My wife explained that while we were packing up out 15 months old baby spilled some dry fruit crumbs and the room just needs to be broomed and there is no damages. To that she said to my wife very rudely that kids usually eat at the table. Then she informed my wife about the food bill and ofcourse we have to pay that but we noticed a charge of 40 PLN, which they said is charged because you stayed 1 hour extra from the check out time of 11 am as stated on booking.com. I am confused. Their own hotel policy in the reception says 12 pm. Then I asked to show me where it says that I have to pay this money in the description on booking.com for which she had no reply. Before this she was able to communicate with us in English and then she went on to say that she only speaks German and Polish.I did not expect this kind of behaviour from a Polish person. Just a day before we stayed at Holiday Inn and it was amazing experience.I am disappointed with this behaviour.Paying the 40 PLN was not a problem if they would have mentioned it either while checking in or when we were crossing the reception at 10:30 am from the swimming area to the room. When a hotel representative becomes thought less and rude is when I loose it.

: Beautifully situated, private lake entry, possibility to make your own bon fire, quiet zone, bikes available for rental, very close to Mikoajki (about 20 bike ride), restaurant onsite (although pretty pricey - a small glass of a very average wine - 35PLN), self service at the bar onsite (after 9pm)
: Breakfast was limited, felt like a table set for a Polish wedding, weird choices for a morning meal; bike rental available but bikes were neglected, no air in tires, loose handles etc., the manager helped us to fix 2 bikes and it was a nice ride in the end; the owner lovely a bit reluctant to help with calling us a taxi but did eventually :)

: Spacious room, nice bathroom with a shower and a bath tub, excellent pool, quality food in the restaurant. Super nice and professional host!
: Young lady at the reception didn't speak English and was not very helpful (maybe due to the language barrier).
