  : The breakfasts were very good. The beds were comfortable.
  : Room service was terrible. They told me when I checked in their would be room service on xmas day but there wasnt. The next day I had to call twice in the afternoon for room service. Should not have to do that. At 3pm in the afternoon they finally came around to do room service. I know they were short handed but I think they take care of the persons requesting service prior to others.. The TV leaves a lot to be desired. When I went to check out on Dec 27th no one was at the desk for nearly 20 mins. This is unacceptable because I was trying to get on the road to go home. The gentleman finally came around and did help me get my bags to the car. Please have someone on the desk when people want to check out. I was very disappointed with the Hampton Inns. They could have done a much better job.

  : The breakfasts were very good. The pool is open all day and night, and it appears to be heated (but no lifeguard). We had grandkids join us.The staff was courteous and responsive
  : The hardware for the faucets in the sink and shower are substandard (cheaply made) We had a problem adjusting the drain, and the sink would fill up with water. The shower was also difficult to move from tub mode to shower mode. However, when we asked for assistance, it was offered immediately and the sink was drained and fixed (there was a build up of hair)

  : Walls aren't insulated very well. You can hear every noise being made in the rooms from the hallway.
