  : Not applicable. We checked in and about 20 minutes later cancelled our stay and checked out.
  : The elevator floor was scratched and dirty. The carpets in the hallway and inside the room were dirty like they hadnt been cleaned in monthsmatted down. The room smelled and looked dingy with old mismatched furnishings. The old, small television did not work and when it did some of the 10 stations only had audiothe person sent to check it stated that they were in the process of making repairs and all TV were like that, even though the giant TV in the lobby had internet. We were told all the rooms were in the same condition so sadly we decided that we couldnt stay under those conditions. The location was excellent, but it wasnt sufficient to balance the rest of our needs for a comfortable stay. The employee who checked us in couldnt recommend places to eat because I dont live here. The person who checked us out was unsure (because Im new here) of the process to return our money and said that the system didnt allow him to print a receipt of the transaction.

  : Staff is not very friendly, open to help.Beds are not comfortable.TV was not working properly, we reported it and maintenance guy never showed up.Pool area not very clean because of Iguanas poop.
