  : They moved us away from the first room we had, as it was really smelly and damp. Water was coming through the ceiling in the bathroom. When we complained about it, they already knew and didn't seem to care much about it.
  : Not a safe place to stay. A guy was stabbed to death just outside our room. Like, right outside our door. Two guys from the area got into a fight that ended with a stabbing and the whole hotel was turned into a scene from a crime series. This happened just 10 minutes after we had left the room, and I can't imagine what would have happened if we'd been there 10 minutes later with our 3 kids. When we were allowed back into our room after the Police had lifted the crime scene, there was blood all over the place. For days after, we could still see the stains outside, and bloody marks on the carpets (see photos taken two days after) weren't even cleaned up. We didn't feel safe as anyone from the street could enter the area as there were no fences or security. Rooms: The first room we had (the murder room) was so damp and smelly and had water coming through the ceiling. We only stayed here one night, but all our stuff smelled like this room for a week after. (Not even joking here - it was that bad) The second room was better but still very dirty; the air conditioner was moldy and had a bad smell when used. We only got the room cleaned one time in a week's stay. Kitchen: Had only the basic stuff. The room was for 5 people, but there were only 4 plates, 4 knives, 4 forks, and glasses. And that was almost it. Not usable for making any real food. I would not recommend this place

  : The apartment was spacious enough for 3, clean and I appreciated the kitchen. Loved the layout, the seating areas outside were lovely. The pool was very nice, the esthetic throughout is inviting and comfortable.
  : The sofa mattress was horrendous, I did not sleep well at all, you can feel every spring. Need to invest in updating the sofas, as they seem like they have been there since first opening. No comfort at all.

  : The staff was above and beyond accommodating.
  : Management is the worst the GM hardly ever on the premises, doesn't respond to any correspondence, her right hand Jose made threats toward me,completely unacomadatingAnd worst of all The Roach problem,finally taken care of only for the roaches to return..Without telling me while I was out my unit was sprayed,when I returned I walked into a cloud of fumes,immediately triggered a asthma attack. Was ill for several days. Asked for them to move me that's when Jose threatened to evict me.

  : Friendly Staff at check-in, casual atmosphere, met some very nice people in the Lobby. Definitely great value for the money in this area!! Very good location in South Beach, walking distance to the beach/ boardwalk path, and several restaurants and shopping. This older Apartment Hotel is clean and well appointed, but not extravagant- no Spa services, no restaurant here. The window coverings provided good "blackout" allowing us to sleep in comfortably after a long day travelling. Interesting decor in our room! A very old wooden Surveyor's tripod base served as a Lampstand. Old wooden Armoire/ chests painted in vintage 50's (40's?) decor.. Good WIFI in the room and near Lobby area. Outdoor Pool area was clean and not overcrowded, certainly adequate seating, lounging chairs. Pool Towels available at the Front Desk, readily provided by friendly staff.
  : Rooms were tastefully decorated and clean, if somewhat dated. Basic Kitchen amenities were adequate. Room cleaning/ bed remake available Daily, but we opted for every 2nd day services.

  : It is a short walk to the beach. The room is quaint, what I would call a 60's vibe. The motel has a nice walkway and sitting areas which encourage meeting people and socializing. it is within walking distance to excellent restaurants. Staff is very helpful however the check-in staff seemed preoccupied.
  : The only problem was not having a dish towel until the cleaning staff came in on our last day and left one. Parking was easy as long as you have the app. The cost was $31/day but in fairness, parking is expensive everywhere in Miami and Miami Beach.
