  : Lovely modern apartment with very easy access to the beach. Free trolly stops outside and you can rent bikes just around the corner. Apartment was well equipped and very clean. Luis was very easy to communicate with and there was a bottle of wine, water & coke waiting for us. Perfect size for two people.
  : Air conditioning is very loud. I had thought the washing machine was actually in the apartment, however, it was down the hall which isn't so convenient.

  : Not much to like really. It's an old building, slow elevator, bad water pressure. I would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy.
  : This owner charged me an additional $50 for 'cleaning' but never provided details to me what I was supposed to do other than taking out the garbage which I did. He also charged me $150 for a chipped tub that was chipped when we arrived. Renters beware! The oven will not turn off if used. The only elevator in the building was last inspected 3 years ago. Very sketchy apartment. We had to walk 8 blocks to park our rental car, it would have been nice to know about available parking. This place was very old and a joke. The owner is clearly trying to upgrade his apartment at the expense of future renters.

  : Everything was there. Plenty towels, beach towels, chairs for beach. The property apartment was new and renovated. There us elevators for convenience.Luis the property manager was excellent communicator and host in touch with us thru visit to ensure everything was great. Property across street from beach and free local trolley. (Heading towards south beach trolly pickup was block away on 29th street-towards south beach/Lincoln street area). I left pamphlet in apartment for reference.

  : The apartment is right in the epicenter of everything. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and more. Host is responsive and friendly. Amenities were exactly as pictured. Was clean and towels and sheets were new. Kitchen was well equipped.
  : The oven didnt work too well, the AC was loud and the fan in the bedroom worked only some times. We also had a small issue with the smoke detector battery, but the host resolved it.
