  : The place is not like I see in the in the website they tell me they had laundry and dry it to wash my clothes and I never find it the The room was for two people and there’s only one bed and one sofa we had a live feed two people in the end the bed when I arrive to the place I didn’t know if it’s somebody going to give me a call OK or whatever I S in the front desk it was a person working in From and the person that I was asking questions she was so rude the only thing that she said or what is the number there you can you if you need to call call them and she was always going to be $10 if you want to leave your luggage in hereOne thing that you need to have a somebody they give information to people when they get to 920 in the place

  : We stayed there for a night and the second night we were locked outside of our room, without any notification!! It was late, we didn’t have an American number to call somebody and no one was at the reception to call for help. After some hours we communicated with an assistant that informed us that our card (that we used for our pay) was cancelled. That was a really unpleasant experience!! I’m so thankful that a girl that was working there helped us transfer the money from her app to the hotel account and we gave her cash. Otherwise we would have stayed outside!! Thank you so much girl, I wish I had ask your name in order to post it here.
