  : Location- The staff was all great and outstanding service. I stayed for 9 nights. Great decor and atmosphere
  : Hotel decor - layout, especially the pool area, is not for children. If you want the hotel to stay premium and sustain its decor and clientele, there must be no children. Besides the pool and decor, listening to parents instructing their kids through rooms is unnecessary. You have a business centre room and pool and desk in every room, but kids, children, and infants are not an ideal mix. My second thing was that room cleaning was outstanding, but the slamming of doors when cleaners were changing bedding and cleaning the rooms was too much at 9 am. I am an early riser, and I do not mind, but you have to change the format for a top-class hotel to separate yourself. My financial hat on all the families that stayed probably did not order anything from the bar, which is another reason to cut out. They spend no money. The restaurant next door has not been significantly utilised. They need to spend less time on their phones.

  : Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully interior designed and very clean and modern. The rooftop pool was great and the gym was functional also. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly from reception, housekeeping and at the pool. The location of the hotel was close to everything we needed and was a bonus that a supermarket was also two doors down. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
  : The only issue we had was no air conditioning for one of our nights due to there being an issue after a storm- so most the building had no air conditioning. The poor manager stayed til 3am and was back at 8am trying to resolve the problem. We were provided with a breakfast voucher the next morning to the cafe next door which was lovely and air conditioning was back on mid morning thankfully.

  : Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Hotel decor is new and gorgeous. Room was really big and comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. The pool is was perfect and has a small bar, was quiet when we were there which was great.
