  : This place is old and in terrible shape. We paid $175cd for one night which is a gross over price for what we got. Is there anyway to get a refund?

  : The door was broken, it was not possible to get in. I had to push the door to get in together with the personal of the hotel.
  : All of it. Clean is not the must. The personal do what they can do. The hotel was painted last time during the 70s.

  : The whole hotel was boarded up and abandoned when I got there and so yall provided me a refund!

  : The receptionist was very nice when I arrived very late at night due to a delayed flight. I was able to get to my room very quickly. Also, the hotel was very close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable.
  : I messaged the hotel on Nov. 16 to explain that I would be needing the hotel shuttle from the Memphis airport. My flight was on Nov. 18. I called the hotel when my flight was delayed to inform them, and was told that they havent had a shuttle, for the past 6 months. Then I received a response to my message on Nov. 22. 4 days after my stay. When I arrived to my room, it was freezing cold. The heater had been turned off. I immediately turned on the heater, then went to take a hot shower. Unfortunately, I ran the water a long, long time - tried several ways, but was unable to get any hot water from the shower or sink faucet. Since it was late, I just went to bed and thought Id call in the morning if I couldnt get any hot water. (I didnt want maintenance to be arriving late at night and keeping me up any more than I already was.). In the morning I turned on the shower and hot water was available right away. I was grateful but curious why it wasnt available the previous night. Lastly, housekeeping had left a diaper on the floor near a chair from a previous guest. I didnt touch the diaper, but thought it to be an unused one.

  : Was COMPLETELY CLOSED BUSINESS BUT STILL TOOK MY MONEY! There were boards on the windows, a big old fence around the entire property!
