  : There was nothing about this property I liked, it was the worse place I’ve ever stayed! It was filthy and dirty, the bed was literally on the floor and I fell coming into the door because the rubber was torn at the door! The blinds were broken and the knobs missing from the door, the chairs were stained and smelled awful! W

  : what I liked about the property is that it is downtown, close to the pyramid and river park. Secure entrances and car garage on the first floor. The room smells nice.
  : The floors in the apartment were so dirty when I climbed into bed there was so much dirt on my feet (didn’t notice with the lights off) Saw it in the morning the first night. No quality in the maintenance or upkeep of the room. A dirty rug in front of the bed. A dirty towel across the floor in front of the toilet. The hallway constantly smells of cannabis. How could you treat people this way? And there is no lock on the sliding glass door!! Do you know that the Holiday Inn was sued years ago because a woman was raped because she couldn’t lock that glass door?

  : The location was perfect. Access was easy and staff communication was fast and friendly. The room size suited our week long stay well. Overall we would choose to stay here again.
  : The blinds to the patio door were broken and it took several days to fix. The time delay was understandable but it did put a damper on the early mornings when the sun came blasting in. The floors were also filthy. When walking without shoes they turned your feet black. I assume this is grime carried in from the streets. It would have been nice to have a floor swiffer handy to use.
