  : The staff was incredible, always happy to help with recommendations or advice. The room was modern and spacious (other than the bathroom). I personally found the bed to be comfortable, but I do like a firm mattress. The cleaning team are exceptional, everything is so clean and tidy. The transfers are reasonable in price and well organised. You can also book day trips directly from reception. The pool is a reasonable size and has a number of double and single sun beds, with free towels to use throughout your stay. Location wise, you can get to pretty much anywhere in the island easily from the local bus stop, which is about a 15 minute walk up the hill. Its 1.60 per person to get anywhere - Fira is about 10 minutes away on the bus, and Kamari about 20 minutes but its the same price on any journey - cash only.
  : The bathroom is very outdated, and tiny. The toilet is right next to the shower and can make showering difficult. The water pressure fluctuates and isnt very warm. It is quite noisy at night with other guests slamming doors, or going to their rooms, you can hear everything! You step right out into the road leaving the property.

  : Host met us at the location, was very friendly and helpful. Subway wasn't far away. Mostly could walk everywhere.

  : Check-in and check-out went well. Staff is amazing. They maintained also our luggage for few hours and gave us really nice recommendations, such as dining at Katerina's which is AMAZING! The room was really nice with a big and comfortable bed, it was really quiet. It is located in a good position really close to the bus stop from which basically every bus in Santorini pass and at about 15-20 mins walking from Fira center.
  : The showerhead was uncomfortable because it was too high and in this way it was easy to flood the bathroom. The ventilation system did not work well because after taking a shower, the bathroom and room remained humid but since it was not that hot, we left the window open, so it was not a problem for us. Moreover, a shelf in the bathroom would be nice because there is not a lot of space to place personal care belongings.
