  : There was roaches in the room, the sheet and blanket were dirty, the back door deadbolt wouldn’t lock and the only lock was a chain, the door looked like it had been patched from bullet holes. There was a weird smell in the building and the ac didn’t get cold enough. The bed was uncomfortable and there was only two pillows.

  : It was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Firstly when we pulled up there were two weird people smoking near the main entrance. One of the reasons I booked this place was because it said smoke free property only for me to be welcomed by smokers there.
  : I did not like it at all. It had a very bad smell and was dirty. Rock pillows. When we got to the room it smelled so bad almost threw up. Then I noticed there were two pillows only but the room I booked had three pillows. I went back to the lobby to ask for two more pillows for my husband and I. This is when I noticed at the lobby there was a room open with so much dirty stuff and dirty buckets. It made me smell the dirt even more.I got to the reception and I asked for the pillows. Then I noticed this guy has not given me an eye contact. He has been speaking to me hiding behind the computer even earlier when I was checking in. I then by chance was able to see his face when he had to get up and bring me the pillows I had requested. To my surprise he had just lost his left eye. I understand accidents happen all the time but when I come into a hotel I am expecting to see someone greet me with a smile and not to see someone that will depress me like that. He finally got the pillows and these pillows were rocks. They were so heavy and shaped in the worst possible way. There was no way anybody could sleep on that it would break your neck. We had been traveling for over 8 hours coming from North Carolina we were so tired and just needed to get into our room and get some sleep. Going up and down in this bad smelling hotel at midnight trying to get pillows was not a fun experience.Then it was the hair dryer. It wouldn’t stay up on the wall. It kept falling. It happened to my husband three times. He was in the bathroom brushing his teeth then the dryer started falling on his arm. He kept trying to put it back but it just kept falling. I went in the bathroom and I barely even touched it and it fell on my arm and it really hurt. That’s when I knew I had gotten enough of this hotel.

  : The people were helpful and nice.
  : I had booked a rm with a couch that had a bed. Wasn't told until I arrived they reserve those for long term stay customers. Also the room heater/air-conditioning was loud and their was no way to adjust vent to keep from coming right at the bed.

  : We spent 3 nights there and our room was never cleaned/.changed and our towels were never replaced. My husband cut his foot on pieces of glass that was left previously near the ac/heat unit.
