: Great central location in old town! Plenty of space for 7 occupants. Convenient dining all over. Underground parking is across the street. Air conditioning is good enough to cool the room in summer.
: A bit old and the elevator starts at the 1st floor. The building stairwell lights remains off until one manages to find the switches in the dark. Leaky bathroom sink.Strange rule about glass bottle.Inconsistent WiFi connection.

: Clean. Close to the port.
: After dozens of stays through Booking, this is the first time I've been in such a horrible and disrespectful place. 1. We waited for about (very long) twenty minutes with two children and suitcases in the street after a long journey without receiving instructions to self-check in and without any phone/text/mail response from the local representative. 2. The stairwell of the building smells of urine and mold. 3. The photos on the website really do not reflect the condition of the property which was old, neglected, rusty and with a low level of maintenance. 4. The door handle was broken and torn. 5. The air conditioner made a terrible noise and dripped water at night which completely soaked our belongings that happened to be underneath. I knew it meant to be simple and not luxury apt but simple doesnt necessarily have to ugly and unpleasant.Even though the apartment was clean, The place was not welcoming and not pleasant to stay in, in any way. This place offers nothing but location.In my personal opinion, I recommend staying away from this place
