  : It was a big apartment and comfortable for 3 people, however, there was a weird smell throughout. The location is excellent and very well connected to the public transport. Railway station is 5 mins by walk.

  : This is located next to train station. In the streets are running everywhere rats and all is super dirty. We didn't have warm water in our room. The kitchen didn't meet the photos, super small and didn't work as it is supposed to work. The bathroom was dirty and with a little broken hole. The carpet was dirty and the room smelled really bad, no air condition worked.

  : The living space was a reasonable size and clean. It should be noted that for the period of occupancy it was not a serviced apartment. The location of the hotel was excellent in terms of proximity to St Charles Marseille train station but would probably be classed as 'down market'.
  : Nothing comes to mind. It represents value for money.

  : Nice atmosphere, spacious and functional family room with basic amenities. Proximity to Saint Charles train station with Metro etc.

  : Perfect location. Very close to train station, city center and buses to the airport.
  : Unfortunately a bit run down. In the bathroom there were some tiles broken, and there were stains on the door that did not go away. Everything was clean, but some things just need to be replaced.

  : The location was pretty good as we're traveling by train and had late arrival and early departure. The aparthotel is located in 5 minutes walking from the railway station and 8 minutes from Carrefour. The city centre is accessible by walking.The room had a small kitchen, that was a plus.
  : We didn't like the check-in procedure. The staff asked to present the bank card with which was paid the the room. If the payment was done by other person, than you cannot get the room? This should be improved. As well the room has only 1 towel and receptionist is issuing another 1 if you have booked the room for two. If the staff is aware that there is a booking for two persons why not to put additional towel to the room straight away.No cleaning during 4 days stay is ok, however you have to remove all the trash by yourself after your stay otherwise you will be charged for cleaning, however no even price was indicated.The bathtub didn't look great, the silicon had mold and had to be changed.The universal knife should be provided for the guests' convenience.
