  : Because we were traveling with our dog, we were assigned a basement level room at the back of the hotel with a door that opened to the outside. We were told it was hotel policy that people with pets had to stay in those rooms. However, the room did not match the images on the website. It was very small, damp, and dark, and the lights didn't work. The bed appeared rumpled, and the open bathroom was not to our liking. We also felt unsafe due to the room's location, the door to the outside, the low lighting, and a suspicious individual walking back and forth on the sidewalk in front of our room, peering at us. As a result, we promptly returned to the front desk and explained that we could not stay in the room. We then decided to book a room at a different hotel. Obtaining a refund has been challenging and we are currently in the process of resolving this issue.

  : The ONLY upside and positive thing was: location was excellent! Convenient to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The drive to Adams Park (for softball/baseball tournament - 20 mins.) and to Braves stadium at Truist Park (10 mins.).
  : Please keep in mind that our family of 4 stayed 4 nights!!!Inconsistent information and unfriendliness from staff upon arrival. Pool was NOT accessible as posted (8 AM to 10 PM). Staff at night said the pool would open by 9 AM, staff in the morning said the pool doesn't open until 10 AM, and the sign on the pool says 8 AM. Housekeeping available ONLY upon request? We stayed 4 nights here and had to request fresh towels at the front desk. At almost $700, I assumed it would be a courteous thing to do? The "hot" breakfast was trash (warmed up home fries, heated up watery eggs, and heated up sausage patties). I was VERY disappointed in the options, as it was more like an upscale continental breakfast. I called the hotel to verify if there was a hot breakfast in the mornings before booking the stay and was told it's a "hot" breakfast. Technically, she didn't lie, but WOW.The floor in the room was sticky! There is NO bar. There was no ice machine on our floor (third floor) for use. There were two half rolls of toilet paper and only 2 towels in the bathroom upon arrival. Overall, we didn't like anything about this stay except for the very convenience of the location!

  : Comfortable beds/pillows. Clean room. Breakfast was ok.
  : Check in proceedure. Booked 2 queen beds. Was given a room with one king bed which wasn’t suitable. Then they allocated us another room after being told there was none available. Upon opening the room it was occupied with other peoples belongings. Eventually we were allocated the correct room. Not impressed by the check in proceedure.

  : Poor customer service, front desk couldn’t fix a mistake that they made took an hour to fix an issue that could’ve been fixed in 5 minutes

  : It was cheap.
  : The room was poorly cleaned with cobwebs in each corner of the ceiling. Also, the bedding smelled a bit musty as if it were washed and poorly dried. Also, we were given a room that was on the outside of the main building. So, it was a sort of “motel” set up. We paid with expectations to be in the main building, if we had known we would be placed in that motel set up, the pricing was entirely inappropriate. They should be priced completely differently.
