  : It was a very large apartment and the owners were lovely. The kitchen was well stocked.
  : The location is completely outside of the city on the edge of the suburbs and the apartment is difficult to use without a car, we had to walk 1 hour to see any of the city and the public transport stops at 8pm. The whole apartment smelt badly of smoke. One the beds broke during the night. The bathroom had a damp issue.

  : Better beds. Charges and surcharges to be made clear on the booking. It's not good enough to turn up at the property and then to be told that you have to pay X amount for tourist charges.
