  : It was 30 degrees outside & we had to stand outside to check in at a window. The lady took my credit card & disappeared for about 20 minutes. I dont like the fact I could not see where my card went or what she was doing. The booking said breakfast included, no breakfast! The rooms was dirty! poop stains on the inside of the toilet, what looked like poop on a hand towel, hair in the bathtub, sink & floor. ( yes I have pictures) Non smoking room smelt like a mixture of cigarettes & weed. Nothing about this room was enjoyable.

  : The manager was unprofessional there was a dirty rag someone had used hanging one the shower curtain I rented a room for 3 adults but there was only 2 towels it was horrible it was not worth --- dollars I will never use it again

  : Could of been cleaner in the bathroom and the chair had stains on the arms, making it look dirty.

  : Had filthy furniture in lobby and rooms, had to turn water on to toilet ourselves, pool was dirty with brown ring around the entire pool and things floating in the pool, the floors have not been mopped in a long time

  : the manager & 1 employee are extremely rude & do not follow the protocol outlined by the contract that guests sign upon arrival

  : The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They made this stay well worth it.
  : The room was extremely small. The refrigerator had leftovers from previous guests. The pull out bed was disgusting with food and dirt all over it. The toilet had pee all over it from previous guests. The door did not close and lock all the way. The huge picture on the wall over the bed was falling off the wall. The pillows were so old and nasty that it was easier to use a rolled up hoodie then the actual pillow. Very small parking lot. The tiles on the bathroom floor were broken and loose and one of my kids hurt their foot on them. For over $100 a night you would think it would at least be clean.

  : The lady that checked me in was extremely friendly.
  : The room smelled terrible and was disgusting. Stains and dingy, bed sheets were stained all over and had multiple peoples hair in the bed along with a possible jalapeo seed. The role in the bathroom area was cracked and broken in several places and punched a blood blister on my wifes foot. No smoke detector anywhere had been removed. So many other things that I have pictures of for proof. For the cost of the room I expected a bit better.
