  : The size of the room was great for the price we paid. A comfortable balcony equipped with a clothing rack made it great for laundry (especially on long trips). Room was also equipped with a small kitchenette and dishwasher, and the toilets were clean with a decent bathtub.
  : Location was not fantastic if youre traveling for the Cannes festivals, it takes about 20 mins by car (and up to 30-60 mins wait for an Uber/Bolt to accept your booking and pick you up). This was our bad we did not read that the reception was not open 24/7, and only available for a short few hours a day so you NEED to plan your arrival around that time or inform them in advance that youll be arriving after office hours so that they may arrange for an alternative collection via a safe box. We ended up being stranded for the night and had to seek another accommodation but when we attempted to contact the office the next day via the chat box and phone to arrange for an alternative collection, they were unresponsive. Do keep that in mind if youre booking this accommodation. Lastly, the hallways are really dark with no lights and the bedding, pillows and blankets were really old and stinky.

  : -there was air conditioner and basic kitchen tolls
  : -the pin from Google maps was in wrong spot, so we couldn't find te location -at the description from booking was said that to collect keys we have to go to another place 1,5 km away (which turned out to be no true, so I went there for nothing) -they provided only one roll of toilet paper for our 7 day stay (for four people) -towels weren't changed, so we had to use them for 7 days, and there was no washing machine -there was dirt at the pool and hallways -Wi-Fi wasn't working well

  : The studio and pool were convenient.
  : Unfortunately there was a group in the next room who stayed up for two nights running and held loud drunken parties which made sleep impossible. I reported this to the company and they told me they could provide no help or assistance .
