  : The location is absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of the city in main shopping/eating area, close to the river and walking distance to Vieux Ville. Basic breakfast is available but we decided to eat out.Room was right by reception. 2 floors to get to reception. Could be difficult with large suitcases. Room was spacious for us and windows opened on to Theatre square.Hotel is budget so don't expect a lot of frills but it was clean and tidy and staff were very pleasant. If came to Lyon again would stay here.

  : I feel that the pictures of this hotel on line were deceptive. The main picture shows a building across the street and not the real frontage of this hotel. There was no elevator and we were put on the top floor; we are an older couple and my wife has mobility issues. When we arrived, we were informed that we would have to leave by 9am, as they would be spraying for mosquitoes. The building was not very clean and not well kept. We did not stay the night, but had to book another hotel last minute. We would appreciate some compensation from Booking.com due to misrepresentation of the quality of this hotel on line.

  : I just want to say to the owner when he replies to the hotel's reviews, he NEVER acknowledged any comments that are coming from guests that are disatisfied, never says a word of apology and in ALL the time is guests fault...never his...now I know I am wasting my time BUT I would say, what I see is a very very very POOR customer service....from one girl in the customer service, it is not what she says is HOW she said....I know this Hotel has good location BUT READ THE FINE PRINT.... BEDS uncomfortable as hell....as well as stairs....I didn't read the fine print....the most expensive 2 sips latte during breakfast( I didn't include breakfast in my room ...3 euros....BTW ....warm.....lol

  : Central location and kept property. Clean room and very comfortable stay. Very close to all public transport but you can also walk to most places.
