  : Very clean and comfortable.
  : Stressy nightmare. Required several emails asking for 150 deposit and car registration - (dont remember Booking.com mentioning any of this). Never sent arrival instructions. Lock on front door faulty - no human being on site to help. Terrible job getting into flat and advice on phone clearly didnt know the building, telling me incorrectly that one key was for the front door. At one point my 80 year old husband on his own inside the flat and couldnt get out. Most helpful was the cleaner met while checking out who explained the locks were tricky. This did not explain how stiff iour particular one was however. Nightmare. Otherwise, flat itself very nice.

  : Check in was abit difficult, no one around, wasnt told a room number so sort of had to guess. Apart from that everything was brilliant

  : There was no hover & one of the apartment kitchen towel & dish soap missing. Some children from other apartment keep knocking on door & run off few times.

  : The apartment was even more spacious than expected with a huge open plan kitchen and dining/living room. It was in almost new condition, just like in the pictures and spotlessly clean throughout.
  : The apartments are above a row of shops, accessed through a communal hallway with stairs. The downstairs entrance smelled of refuse bags, which was slightly off putting.

  : Exactly as advertised. Simple, clean and bright.
  : Once you have paid via Booking.com your receive an email and have to follow a link to complete an online form, attach an image of passport/driving licence and then complete payment details - to pay 0 for the accommodation and then the deposit of 150. Unknown to us, our deposit transaction was not completed successfully - and we only discovered this when we sent a message on the day of arrival as the keycode had not come. The various contact routes don't appear to communicate with each other - eg the car can only be registered for the parking space using a specific email address. The 'fully equipped' kitchen lacked a breadboard, a wooden spoon, any ovenproof dish/salad bowl and had variable amounts of crockery eg only 3 bowls and mugs (but numerous small coffee mugs). We had to ask for the hairdryer (and also requested a dustpan and brush) - both delivered the following day. The traffic (and seagulls) outside can be quite loud and the roads can get quite congested - but this goes with the location.

  : Nice location as very close to the train station.
  : The sofas need to be replaced as the springs are totally gone.Not really value for money as cooker was not clean and very pricey as most utilities were over worn and need replacing.Had to put the spare duvet over the sofa for comfort
