  : They allowed me an early checkin (2 hours) and a late checkout (1 hour)
  : My bathroom was missing a door. The heater in the room was not working. And there was no way to get drinking water. They advised me to drink from the tap in the bathroom and now Im sick with a viral throat infection

  : The staff were very nice and responded to everything immediately as best they could. The location was also excellent, with just a few minutes walk to the grotto.
  : The room was very small, with nowhere to hang towels and perhaps 10 hangers for clothes. There wasn't really even space to leave one's suitcase open and live out of that -- one had to keep it closed and put it on the bed every time one wanted something. Also, although the hotel claims to have parking, this is very restricted and not bookable. One is sent up the road to a carpark that belongs to two hotels that are closed ... but sometimes that is full too. Better book a better hotel without parking and pay the 15 euros per day to leave your car at a covered car park in the street below.Also there was no air-conditioning. In summer, this was a killer. No fan either. Whew!
