  : The room was horrible. We booked last minute so only a windowless room was left on the site.Opened the door to the room but it didn’t fully open as the bed was in the way, the room was that small. The room smelt stale and damp. No towel holder so clean towels were in a pile on the floor in the bathroom. Which has mould around the outside of the shower. The main door to the room was too small for the frame, so all the light from the hallway lit the room up all night. The walls are thin - was woken up at 7:30 by someone playing music. Then they left slamming the doors, as there isn’t any quiet closing doors, the cleaner then starts at 8:30am, they started hoovering and opening/unlocking doors! Very annoying. Oh past a certain time you have to ring the doorbell to get into the hotel for someone to come. We waited 8 minutes in the rain to actually enter the hotel. The room we stayed in was directly below the reception. Can hear the wheels going on people’s suitcases. Feels like a plane is flying over head. Disgusting. Worst hotel I have stayed in. Would not recommend. Rooms are tiny, smelly, hotel is noisy, inconsiderate staff.

  : Worse ever service In 20 years of working and travelling. Paid for a room was booked had all.information and when I got to check in there was NO key for me I waited over 2 hours standing in hallway. No one to contact. Send emails messages NO REPLY. AFTER NEARLY 3 HOURS BOOKED SOMEWHERE ELSE. Had a message following day they double booked me and they are sorry
