  : Clean, lovely rooms done to a very high spec. Good location.
  : The kettle was too small to fill at the sink.The check in area was very public, we left our bags and they were tucked down by the reception stand not in a very safe place or locked away. The staff were friendly however on check out we did not get asked how/if we enjoyed our stay. We felt a bit out of place and the staff were more concerned about the restaurant. Customer service could have been slightly better for the price we paid.

  : The place is gorgeous, the pub and building and dining room are really nice. Only problem was that the rooms were still not finished because they were just reopening, but I am sure they will be great when finished. Also enjoyed a lot the neighbourhood, The Orange is located in a really lovely square.
  : We were unlucky that the rooms were not finished as we thought they would be for our stay but the staff were very kind about it and the compensation.

  : We were attending Chelsea flower show and the location of the rooms were excellent. Check in we arrived after 2pm as stated in our booking but were sent away and asked to return after 3pm. The rooms are on the top floor of a beautiful old building. We stayed in the Orange room it is narrow but overlooked the square. The room was cool and quite stylish. Lights out in the bedroom and bathroom and no fridge and very limited hanging facilities but the bed was so comfy and we enjoyed a comfy two night stay here. The bar below was very busy and you could hear people in the restaurant below but on the whole it was an enjoyable stay.
  : Facilities and lighting in room, air con set fire alarm off when set to warm and more worryingly didn’t seem to be linked to any others so just went off in our room.

  : Perfect location for Chelsea flower show. Room was bigger than expected. Bed was very comfortable.
  : Being woken at 4am by a hoover. Apparently they have cleaners throughout the night. Shame the hoover was so loud to wake me up.

  : There is no elevator but the staff helps with the luggage up and down the stairs
