Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Downstairs entrance on street level was safe to access at all times of day and night; my 16 year old daughter and I felt comfortable entering and exiting alone and/or together. Close to Goodge Street tube station, a convenience store and restaurants. Keypads instead of keys made it easier to enter and exit the downstairs entrance and the apartment itself. Washing machine (in kitchenette), drier (communal, on the landing, 2 flights down), iron and ironing board was handy during our two week stay. WiFi very good and reliable. Managing agents were quick to respond to any queries and/or requests.
  : Not that it was a problem for us personally, but it must be noted that there isnt a lift in the building and that access to our apartment on the 2nd floor was via 3 flights of narrow, steep timber stairs; carrying luggage up and down the stairs would be difficult for some less strong and fit. The listing on booking.com features photos of other apartments in the building alongside those of our apartment (apartment 2) so it could cause confusion as to what to expect with respect to layout.

  : It's very central, nice apartment, you have every thing you need. A lot of stores and restaurants right outside your door and Goodge street station its a 5 min walk.
  : I could hear the other people in the building go to the toilet and the doors open and close at all hours, but i slept well anyway. There is no elevator (I knew that before I rented). I didn't like the mold in the shower. The sofabed was hard and the duvet on the sofa bed was two very thin duvet put together.

  : The flat wad tidy, very well equipped and comfortable. Price was reasonable as well. Location is excellent.
  : The flat was on the second floor and the staircase was narrow and with many stairs to climb...

  : everything was very dirty. there was no lift and stairs were so narrow. it was a very old building. there was no enough plate, spoon etc. curtain was broken and not working.

  : The location was great in the centre of London. It was a self catering apartment which was well equipped with what we needed for our weeks stay. It was surprisingly quiet given its position on Goodge Street.
  : There was no hairdryer even though it was listed as having one. There was no sink plug in the kitchen which made it difficult to wash dishes without wasting water.
