  : Staff were horrendous. Demanded a £500 deposit 24 hours before we arrived despite it saying in black and white in the contract that no deposit was required. Was a horribly stressful scramble for the cash. They then accused us of breaking a lamp which we didn't do, and thank god I took a video when we arrived which proved it wasn't us. But despite this being a clear cut case they refused to confirm and release deposit for a full week after I showed them the evidence. I chased them dating and asked them to call me which they refused to do and said if I wanted to speak to someone then I'd need to call THEM and wait on hold. Disgraceful customer service..

  : The flat was very comfortable, rooms are big and there are all the services you need in a house: washing machine, dishwasher, heater, hot water..Very close to Shoreditch and Old Street.The neighborhood is quiet.
  : The flat was very dusty and there are not big supermarkets in the neighborhood, except the off licences in Hoxton Street, that are not so cheap.The tube station (Hoxton Overground) is 10 minutes walking from the flat, but there are many bus lines to reach city centre.They didn't give us extra keys.

  : TV not working as per previous reviews, and during the World Cup! Endless emails from lessor - so many that it was impossible to keep track of the latest. Hit and miss communication re picking up and dropping off keys

  : The property is in an excellent location for guests who enjoy night life. It was very easy to pick up the keys with a very attentive host. The 2 rooms are perfect in size with plenty of clean towels provided and the kitchen is very well equipped.
  : The living room windows require updating as they let in all the street noise and the hing on one is completely broken. The sofa badly needs to be cleaned. The bathroom could do with a revamp especially the shower/bath. And finally the TV in the living room is too small. But saying all that I'd definitely book this apartment again.

  : Fridge didn't work well - milk went off freezer iced up dishwasher didn't work- flooring and paint work but faded.Didn't know about £500 security deposit when booked - when tried to pay got a fraud alert on my card and again when I tried another from a diff bank- contacted them and they wanted me to do a direct bank transfer to Swiss bank account - again my bank flagged this as name of account didn't match the account details. In end we got apartment without paying security deposit but had my card frozen which was really inconvenient while away from home

  : Nothing.
  : It was not trendy or amazing, it was tired, tatty in places. Actual pillows were disgusting, handles were lose. Crockery v poor, not a single glass matched, not enough glasses, dirty cracking paint work, no bedside tables or lamps. No teaspoons. Felt dirty because it was so tired. Floor all broken up, both lamps were broken, light over mirror doesn’t work. Paint on one of the doors. Just really shabby decor. Stains on the sofa and the list could go on. Blinds were a bit broken. Just not worth the money.
