  : Very unpleasant smell in the whole apartment. Especially bedding, sheets and towels smelled badly. Cleaning was medioker and the apartment was a bit run down. Double beds are quite small. Not enough plates and cutlery in the kitchen.

  : The Apartment was large and airy. Staff were friendly and very responsive. Location was good and accessible to central London.
  : The Apartment didn't have enough furniture or crockery for 6 guests, only 5 dining chairs, comfy seating for 4. The sofa bed was small and broken (this was initially fixed and then broke again), I would say one person on the sofa bed only. Only enough crockery for 2 guests, this was interesting when travelling as 6 (this was reported but not fixed).The general furniture in the apartment was cheap and broken. There was a small table that was fixed but my 4y son went to push it across the room and it collapsed under him and he got hurt.Not a negative but a coat rack/hooks would have been useful.

  : I liked the shower with the bathtub and the kitchen. The host was very friendly via text.
  : The mildew towels, sheets, and that the property left wet clothes that made the entire apartment smell. I contacted the property manager about it, and she advised me to turn up heater but it made it worse. I told them the clothes linen etc needed to be re-washed. That didn't happen so the apartment smelled the entire stay. I told her at the end of our stay I left the heater on but the clothes needed to be re-washed. I don't remember if the advertisement said it was on the 3rd floor or if it was stroller friendly but if I saw that prior I would have taken it into consideration. Also the shower in the master bedroom is leaking and some jets weren't functional. Also the water pressure could be stronger.

  : its in a fantastic location, walking distance from all tourist & activity areas in London. Apartment itself is big by London standards, fitted with all necessary utilities all in working condition. It was very clean and well maintained.
  : The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator access. Not suitable for people with ease of access requirements.

  : The location was good, pretty walkable to restaurants and shops.
  : Musty, mildew smell was very strong right when we arrived and even after trying to air out the place it still smelled throughout our stay. For some reason they air dry their sheets in a couple of the closets but they are piled up and wet which leaves a strong sour smell while you are there and you can still smell it on the dry bedding during your stay. Everything seems to be just cleaned to the very bare minimum and the interior is either old or poorly maintained (not quite at pictured). The noise from the street and surrounding buildings is very loud which made it hard to sleep. The lights in all the rooms constantly flicker a bit. No basic shampoo, body wash. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and a dirty kitchen towel left as well. Property manager didnt bother to respond when I brought up the issues.
