  : The apartment location, cleanness, modern design, it has everything you need, I literally didn't use the tube during my stay since every major attraction is by walking distance! , the room cleaning was very handy, and the communication with the host was great.
  : construction noise on weekdays, and the busy nightlife on weekends, the window shade was not blocking enough sunlight in the morning.

  : Great location. Cute place. Good security.
  : Toilet flushing mechanism didnt work. Was over weekend. Managing agent did not answer phone on Saturday morning (even though advertised they were open) and did not return calls or emails. We were without a working toilet all weekend but they did send very helpful plumber first thing Monday morning. Was inconvenient but not terrible as we were out sightseeing most of the time and there are lots of pubs and restaurants in area with very helpful understanding staff

  : The apartment layout, appliances and location for easy walking and Tube connection to sites was fabulous!
  : The Rooftop clubs and street level bars were VERY LOUD until 2 or 4 in the morning (except Sunday). Sleeping was impossible, even with "white noise" playing thru earbuds until 3 am. So unless you want to party until then and sleep from 4 to Noon, we would not recommend. Unfortunately, for this reason, we will not be back. Which is disappointing because otherwise the apartment was great.

  : Location was wonderful, easy walking distance to theater and parks. Apartment was spacious and had many nice amenities. The staff was very responsive and did their best we had a good stay.
  : It was a little difficult getting our luggage up and down the four floors to get to the apartment. Would be well suited for those traveling light and probably a little younger.

  : Robbed. One week ago my family and I were visiting London for the Coronation. Whilst we were out someone let themselves in either using code or key and stole the entire safe that was obviously not secured adequately to the wall in the holiday flat. We have spent the past week attending to police, forensic, consular, insurance, credit card, and onward travel requirements due to the unsafe security of this flat. We asked for assistance from city living london and received a texted 'sorry' 24 hours later. The flat is clearly unsafe, access was not forced. I requested assistance on the night as my wife and daughter felt unsafe sleeping there. But recieved no assistance. The whole safe was pulled from the wall by hand...no marks for leverage were obvious. We were not given a key initially though one was provided after the theft. A staff member entered the flat whilst we were out and advised us after the fact..to leave the key they should have provided when we arrived. This whole saga has caused thousands of dollars, a week of our short holiday and no doubt thousands more to replace programmed car keys and passports back home. My main lingering concern is that should my teenager had been home during the robbery, her safety would also have been compromised. I Do Not recommend this flat nor this company for your stay in london if you wish to feel safe and supported. City Living London does not have you and your families safety and best interests at heart. They have not offered to assist or reimburse us in anyway .. all our emails since " sorry" have not been answered.

  : Great location in the heart of Soho. The flat is small but nice and clean. Check-in was easy.
  : Little bit of street noise at night as the flat is right in the hub. Didn't bother us as we were expecting that.Not for those with mobility issues as there are quite a few stairs to get to the flat.

  : It was on the 5th floor and dangerous to walk up in places where there were no hand railings to hold on to.
