  : The place really needs some improvements - lots of things not working very well, very old and worn our furniture, and generally feels neglected.

  : The room was large but felt cozy and homey! A nice mini fridge, shower was good, and the private courtyard outside was lovely. Codes for the door and room were nice, location was great. Aleksandra was so sweet and very helpful and accommodating.
  : The shower went cold randomly at times, no screens on the windows = spiders and bugs, pillows and beds were not the most comfortable (hard and lumpy), and our cell phones did not work in parts of the property at all. Paying extra for a full English breakfast was not our favorite but it was delicious.

  : On arrival we had a less than welcome greeting and seemed surprised we were there despite arranging beforehand a time of arrival. No information given about facilities available. We returned late at night to find no towels provided and despite tea and coffee available and a fridge in the room there was no milk. There was no one available to sort the problems or means of contacting anyone on site. When challenged about this the next morning apparently milk was available in a kitchen somewhere else in the building that we werent informed about. Despite pre paying for breakfast to be included we were then told a hot breakfast would be 10 extra per person so only a continental breakfast was provided (late). A smoke alarm in the bedroom only had the base on the ceiling - no battery inside. Only one bed side lamp worked and one of the bedroom windows could not be closed fully. The bathroom door could not be closed. The whole experience was appalling and not what we would expect from Booking.com and for the amount of money paid we will be seeking a refund.

  : The people of Juliettess were super warm and helpful. They really were there for us! They also made fantastic full English breakfast (extra charge) that was served in our room.Room for four persons was a bit worn-out, but everything was very clean.
