  : Nice flat in the middle of theatre land with good sound proofing. The facilities are good with a comfortable bed and nice shower.
  : Stairs are very steep so might not suit some people

  : Above restaurant and bedroom window opened out onto the restaurants kitchen skylight so very noisy and smelly.

  : The booking process was quite frankly horrific and so would never recommend to anybody sadly. So many rules and treated like a potential criminal it really took the pleasure out of using this apartment as it was so stressful. The shower head was leaking.

  : The bed were uncomfortable and the pillow were super thin. Even though there is stove. U literally can't cook cook cos just a little vapour smoke the alarm will ring. Cleanliness is just OK. Kind of dusty I. The closet hence we didn't use it.

  : Great location. Spacious accommodation, comfortable but fairly basically furnished. The sofa dirty, despite having an ill fitting cover draped over it.
  : The various processes required before checking in, including ID verification & paying deposit. Quite time consuming online process, 3rd party web sites etc and unnecessarily complicated, particularly while trying to do while travelling. However the biggest issue was being told no visitors what so ever allowed into the apartment! Not even friends for a coffee etc. You will be advised that if anyone is reported or caught in the apartment, then the full 250 deposit will be kept! This is crazy, we are mature professionals, not school children. To be honest, the numerous emails and lengthy processes required before checking in, plus the threats of the deposit being kept put me off the whole stay. A shame because if the property had been better managed, we would have considered staying there in the future.

  : I like the location of the property. The size of Living room is perfectly fit for two people.
  : Check out time is too early at 10 am for foreign travelers. And they dont have any buffer time like 1-2 hours from staffs feedback, if they have next client, which we can understand, but the answer is a big NO and we need to pay extra per hour. The size of bed is too small for 2 people.

  : The flat is located in the heart of Covent Garden, a stone's throw from the market and the Royal Opera House. The area is full of theatres, cafes and restaurants. Housed in a beautiful Victorian building, this cosy retreat provided the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

  : Love the location, close to Chinatown, shops, restaurants! Self check in and out was easy! They email you 10 mins before check out to email back once you've left (make sure to rely back before 10 to avoid late checkout) and the cleaners didn't disturb, only once you've emailed that you've left that they inform the cleaners - very considerate! Opening the front door was by entering pin which was easy! The deposit, although it's expensive, they gave it back in 24 hours, quick! Although you do everything yourselves, they did provide you with all the info on a book.
  : The process to confirm booking, although you have to upload ID and put deposit, it was straightforward! Just read important review before booking so know what you would expect. Some things were broken like 1/2 lightbulbs on the living room / bedroom and lights weren't the brightest, use the lamps which helped allot. Some of the windows were also hard to adjust. We got the 3rd floor apt which would've been easier to get to if there was a lift but we're young, we were capable, just be aware.
