There was no breakfast except for black coffee and tea bags - not what the website said, generally not clean. Has a kitchen but there is nothing in it. Don't waste your money even though it's cheap. Not worth it.

  : The front desk was rude and didn't want to honor my reservation, i had to tell her i was going to call parent company and let them know what was going on. At that point she said let me see what I can do. Then she put us into a dirty room.

  : The location was perfect for me to move about the Chicagoland area with easy access to all highways.The room was roomy and easy for a couple of adults. And the hotel was very quiet even thought it was full.
  : It could have been a bit cleaner but the bed linens and towels were clean and soft...so I just gave things a quick wipe down

  : Many broke items left in room such as pull out couch was nasty and broke and couldn't sit on couch at all. Faucet in sink was broke as well. Smelled like nasty old people. Very disappointed

  : Location was in a nice area, not too far from the amenities and highway. I do want to acknowledge a staff member, Ivy, who helped and saved our stay from turning in to a disaster. I had made a reservation from Booking.com and normally I have never had an issues booking through them. I had booked a suite as it was going to be for 5 people however when I checked in I was given a small room with only 1 double bed. I was informed that is what was booked through Booking.com and I even showed the staff that is not what I booked. I had a confirmation for a suite room. I tried to explain how could one small room with only 1 bed going to accommodate 5 people. I was initially advised to speak with Booking.com to resolve this issue which as taking too long as I was on hold with booking.com. However, Ivy was really nice and helpful and she was able to offer us another room that could accommodate 3 people. So we ended up with two rooms. So we really appreciated that.
  : Rooms could have been a bit more updated but for the price they were comfortable for sure Breakfast to go was extremely limited. They only had a on the go grab bars to eat and muffins
