  : Dead bugs on the floor, dirty shower walls with used shampoo bottles, missing tile in bathroom, toilet seat not connected well, holes in the wall, we can deal with dirty hotels but this was gross.

  : The owner was very rude screaming at me. For no reason I was just trying to walk in the front lobby. Screaming at me and I could not understand what say was saying and rude and pays the employees low.

  : Not much, just location. It was close enough to San Marcos! Everything was booked in San Marcos probably because of graduation, happening the fires happening, and it being a Saturday. So we grabbed the first availability on a place.
  : We had just been evacuated from our house due to a wildfire, and all we wanted was a hot shower and a clean bed to get some rest. We could not take a shower because the towels were stained. I was grossed out because they left a used toilet paper roll with about 1/3 of toilet paper left. Peoples fingers have been on that roll, totally unsanitary. Its benn extremely hot in Texas, so no cold water was coming out of the sink. It wouldve been nice if they had supplied an ice bucket or had an ice machine on the property but they did not. The people at the front desk were extremely kind, its not their fault but when you pay almost $180 for a room you expect more. I dont think Id be complaining if I paid about $79.99 which is your typical motel fee for a low budget unclean quick turn around. There were childrens boogers on the headboard of our bed. And their cable did not even provide local news channels like KXAN, which is San Antonio so that we could follow up on the fire at our home. Anyway, so we couldnt sleep. We left about 4 AM. Oh yeah, after walking barefoot in the room our feet were black & dirty. Im not crazy about hotel rooms that dont provide carpet. I understand its an easy clean to have bare floors but then clean it! Sorry, I dont like leaving poor reviews but I would have rather slept in my car!
