  : After the first day August 25, I went out to my car at 7am (the morning of the 26th) and after that my key's to my hotel room would no longer work in my door (even though I booked two days), I could not get in. no one would be at the facility until 11am, after my buisness meeting, so I missed it! After some one arrived I told them what happened and the woman could care less. I said I wanted to cancel my stay on Saturday and the woman said I had to tell Booking.com that I wanted a refund even though I paid at the Red Roof facility. I was treated like crap. I would at least like a refund for Saturday although I would not mind a total refund. This Hotel was a nightmare. Charles Frescura 130 Hancock Street, Manistee, MI 49660. Thank You

  : It was nothing to like it was horrible I was told that I will no longer be serviced because of my complaints but wouldn't refund my money I was forced to take a room on the 3rd floor or loose my money I was locked out of my room I waited 2hrs in the rain

  : The room was nasty, dirty towels, 1 pillow, no batteries in TV remote. No response from staff. Couldn't even stay in the room.

  : I still have not got my mo ey back i only stayed there one night and I paid 305 for a week I checked in and checked out the same day my situation changed and my brother came and got me so I would not have to spend my last on a room so I'm very angry about

  : There was no one at the location when we tried to checkin at 9pm, they left a number to call but it went to voicemail and no one ever called. We contacted the home office with no resolution. We ended up getting another room around midnight.
